Every adventure begins with the first step!

So did the start of OTOPARTS. A good idea, a laptop, and some guts.

And help from family and friends.

That was all it took to become a European-operating wholesaler of accessories for motorhomes, caravans, and commercial vehicles.

A location was found at Dekkershoek in The Hague, which in hindsight soon seemed too small. In no time, the luxurious office on the top floor had already been transformed into even more warehouse space, and the former canteen was converted into an office.

A second adjacent building provided a solution, but continued growth called for a different logistical approach.

So, after the start in The Hague, a move to Eindhoven and Rotterdam followed. All logistics in Eindhoven, the office and administration in Rotterdam. A concept that worked out well.

Years later, the office in Rotterdam was exchanged for a temporary headquarters in an old distillery in the historic city center. And on November 2, 2022, the building at the Vijfsluizen Industrial Estate in Schiedam.
